Registration and fees
Media accreditation look at the General InformationCongress fees:
Normal fee:
till 30. June 2009 100.- Euro
after 30. June 2009 120.- Euro
Reduced fee for ENAT-Members:
till 30. June 2009 70.- Euro
after 30. June 2009 90.- Euro
One-day-ticket (no reduced fee): 70.- Euro
Personal assistants and personal sign language interpreters: free of charge - but registration is obligatory
No fee for speakers and workshop-leaders.
Participant's Registration fee includes:
- Admission to all Plenary Sessions, to Workshops (with registration) and to the Exhibition Area
- Simultaneous translation service English/German (German/English) in Plenary Sessions
- Congress kit
- Coffee breaks and light luncheons on Sept.30th and Oct.1st 2009
- Certificate of attendance
- Reception in the Town hall of Vienna in the evening of 30th of September with registration
- Excursions (as shown in the program) with registration (restricted number of attendants)
Not included:
- Travel expenses to and within Vienna
- Costs of accommodation
- Costs for the casual come-together in the evening of Sept. 29th, 2009
- Cost for the informal dinner in the evening of Oct. 1st, 2009
- Costs for a special transport-services for wheelchair-users who are not able to use PTS
- "Sightseeing Vienna", visiting museums etc. as shown in the programme, with registration
Confirmation and invoicing:
Participants will get an invoice by e-mail and by request a paper- mail (additional costs) to the address written on the form. You will find all information about the bank account in this invoice. Upon receipt of the full registration fee, each participant will receive confirmation of his/her registration with an unique booking number. Please print this document and keep it for registration at the congress-desk. Please note that the registration fees will automatically be raised after June 30th (date of registration).
Payment:
Fees must be paid in Euro, all bank charges will have to be paid by the participant. Payment has to be done at least two weeks before the congress. For correct allocation of the payment please note that the name on the bank transfer sheet and the registrant must be the same.
Cancellation and refunds of registration fee:
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat; refunds will be made under the following conditions:
until June 30, 2009: refund of 50 % of registration fees received
after June 30, 2009: no refund
All refunds will be handled after the congress
General terms and conditions:
No guarantee shall be assumed for changes in programme and for postponements of events.
IBFT/ProWorker reserves the right to change the time of events or parts thereof. This shall also entail the cancellation of individual program points. This shall not result in the right to withdrawal for the attendees. Claims to damages therefrom shall be ruled out. IBFT/ProWorker engages to notify the attendees immediately after obtaining knowledge of necessary changes.
IBFT/ProWorker shall further not be liable for the presence of announced speakers. Failure to attend shall not mean that a claim to damages of any kind shall accrue to the attendee. IBFT/ProWorker shall try to find an adequate alternative.
Over and above this, the claim to damages for defective, non-existent or incomplete publications in the printed matter or on the homepage of the congress shall be ruled out.
Mail distribution of congress material prior to the conference is not possible!
